Shipping Policy

All domestic USA orders placed on cineshit.com are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx.

CineShit is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, tracking will be available through USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx.

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Applicable domestic taxes will be calculated and presented at checkout.

If your order is returned to the sender, you will be notified via the email address used at checkout. Once the order is received and processed at our warehouse, a follow-up notification will be sent.

 

Customers will have 5–7 business days to respond with their preference: either a refund in the form of store credit (excluding original shipping charges) or a request to have the order re-shipped.

Refunds to the original payment method may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you received the wrong item or your order was shipped incorrectly, please contact Customer Support here as soon as possible. Our team will assist you with resolving the issue and provide next steps to ensure you receive the correct item.

Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item(s) received, if applicable, to help expedite the resolution process.

Please note, due to stock availability some orders might not be able to be reshipped. In that case, a refund will be offered.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Once an order has shipped, store credit is the only option available for returns. Store credit is issued in the form of a CineShit e-gift card, which can be used toward any future purchase on cineshit.com.

 

If you would like to receive a full refund, the order must be canceled before tracking information is added to the shipment. Refunds are also available in cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect item—we’re happy to assist with a full resolution.

Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery, in new and unworn condition, will be eligible for return for store credit or exchange. Items must have been purchased directly from cineshit.com

 

Exchanges are only permitted for equal value items or variant swaps (such as size or color). We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on washed, worn, or used items.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your order arrives damaged or was incorrectly shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support here. You will receive a notification once your order has been successfully canceled.

 

If your cancellation is approved and refunded to the original form of payment, please allow up to 8–10 business days for the refund to process. If you have not received your refund within that time frame, please reach out to Customer Support.

 

Cancellations are only possible before an order reaches the packing or shipment phase. Orders containing items marked as final sale cannot be canceled.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, individual items cannot be edited or changed.
